Important: Please provide General Body Meeting participation info

Dear Fellow OBMers,

In order to organize the GBM on Sep 16th and the Get Together on Sep 15th and optimize the expenses for the arrangements, we need to have an idea on the expected participation. We will greatly appreciate if you could update the participation information online by September 9th, 2012. Details on how to update this information has been e-mailed to all the community members. Please enter your data in row marked for your flat. If you are nominating a representative to attend the GBM, in addition, you will need to submit it in writing addressed to the Secretary of our association or through an email to obm-managing-committee@googlegroups.com.

It will be great if you can encourage your tenants to participate in the Get Together planned on Sep 15th as this will be an opportunity for them to integrate with our community and get to feel that they are part of our community.
